Ordering and refunds

Ordering

To order, send us a WhatsApp message at 0303 0673087 with the title of the book and the name you would like to appear as the watermark on your copy. We reply with the price and the account to pay into.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are shown on each book’s page. There are no extra charges for a PDF.

Payment

You pay by transfer to the account we give you. Please write your name or order details in the transfer remarks if your bank or wallet allows it. We send your copy after we have checked that your payment has arrived in the receiving account. A screenshot of a payment helps us find it, but we always check the account itself before sending.

Your copy

Each PDF is prepared for you: its pages carry the watermark name you gave us, and it opens with a password that is unique to your copy. We send the file to you on WhatsApp, and its password in a separate message. The copy is yours to keep and read on your own devices. Please do not share the file or its password.

Replacements and refunds

A PDF cannot be returned once it has been sent, so we do not refund a copy that has been delivered as ordered.

Before we send your copy, we refund you in full if we cannot deliver the book you paid for, or if you change your mind. Refunds go back to the account you paid from.

Within 90 days of delivery, we replace your copy if the file is damaged, will not open with its password, or has the wrong book or watermark name.

Printed copies

When a printed edition is on sale, its price, delivery cost and usual delivery time are shown on the book’s page before you order. Send us the book title, the number of copies and your delivery address on WhatsApp. If a printed copy arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement.
