This website
This website does not ask for any personal information. It has no forms, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics, advertising or other third-party code. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
When you order or contact us on WhatsApp
When you message us, we receive your WhatsApp name and number, and whatever you choose to send: the book you want, the name for your watermark, and payment details such as the sender’s name, a transaction ID or a screenshot. We use these only to confirm your payment, prepare and send your copy, and help you if something goes wrong.
Your watermark name is printed in your copy of the book. We keep a short record of each order (the book, the watermark name and the date) so that a copy found shared without permission can be matched to its order.
WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent through it.
How long we keep it
We delete your messages, phone number and payment details 90 days after we deliver your copy, or 90 days after an order is cancelled or refunded. The short order record described above (book, watermark name and date) is kept so that shared copies can still be matched to their orders.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your information with anyone, except where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your messages, phone number and payment details sooner, by messaging us at 0303 0673087.
